Location very close to hospital Medica and a shopping mall

There were parking places available right at the entrance. Shopping mall available right across the street.

Instructions for finding the right door was incorrectly indicating the 3rd floor, but the apartment was in fact the 7th floor. We were lucky with some friendly neighbors. Floors seemed to be clean, but was sticky, we needed to reclean. Shower when used the entire bathroom will be wet, there is no separation between the shower and rest of the bathroom. Otherwise is a true 25 year back in time experience, look at the photos posted by Stan which shows the reality.

This place was definitely the worst that we ever booked trough booking.com The pictures at the website were taken probably when the place was still new and neat. But right now non of this is still the same. The first thing that we have faced when we opened the door of the apartment was a very strong smell of cigarettes. The place was closed and no fresh air was coming inside for days. We were traveling with a small kid and that was unacceptable especially that there was a sign and specific description that the place is for non-smokers. The second thing we noticed immediately was that the apartment was not cleaned properly, some of the cupboards were broken and the sink was in terrible condition, the towels were smelling pretty bad too. The A/C was extremely dirty and probably never cleaned! The apartment is located in a very old building which smells not pleasant at all in the common areas. We would definitely go and look for another place if we were not traveling with a small kid and considering the fact that was already late afternoon we’ve decided to stay over the night. I would definitely Not Recommend the place of you are looking for kind of new and clean apartment in the town of Ruse!
