The location of the property is exactly next to the river and the view from the balcony was amazing! The apartment is nicely furnished, we felt really comfortable during our stay. The host was really polite.

The only thing we had a little issue with was the lockbox. Everything was exceptional.

It was really nicely furnished. The location looking over the river was great. I enjoyed watching the boats. The host was very quick to contact me.

Everything was good there was nothing that I didn't like This question is unfair. I cannot think of anything.

Can't beat the view from the balcony and location to the center of Ruse. Would have been nice to have the ability to lower the sun shade on the balcony, however the piece needed was not accessible.

Cleanliness of the apartment was questionable due to a lot of spiders and spider webs in the apartment. Also wasn't impressed by seeing a load of laundry spinning when I arrived. I understand this maybe from the previous reservation but when you arrive, you expect to have your space fully ready for the next guest.

Location, big apartment with all you need for couple if days stay

When weather is very hot , the condition is not enough for such big apartment..Might be the condition should be fixed with gas or fixed. There is a need for ventilator/fan additionally to condition.
