We liked that it was spacious and had a big balcony. The parking was also great.

The apartment is very good - two separate rooms, a large terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. And there was a separate parking place. The view from the window and on the terrace is amazing. The host Fiorenzo and his wife are very nice and helpful.

Some people may find it hard to get up to the third floor, because the stairs are quite steep. But if you are in a good shape, it's not a problem :)

We we surrounded by hospitality of our wonderful hosts the whole stay - they were friendly, responsive when needed, treated us with a bottle of local wine, candies for kids, answered our questions about the places to visit in the area. We liked the location a lot as well - easy to reach Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, Positano, Naples, Pompei. Also - calm town to stay if you wish to escape the busy city :) with easy access to the beach. We travelled without a car, used trains, so the location was very convenient for this, as the train station is nearby the property. Hosts went extra mile an gave us a lift from/to the train station as well. They made us feel like home! :)

The hosts were tremendous - walked away with a huge amount of respect for Teresa and Fiorenzo - they treated us like family! The apartment was very roomy with full kitchen capabilities and a really nice mountain view every morning from our very own private terrace for coffee - I mean this terrace was bigger than some hotel rooms in Amalfi. Add to that private gated parking - huge bonus when you're travelling by car. The locals in META were so nice and friendly with us I had no problems whatsoever sending my young son to get groceries at night. Just an all around PERFECT home base for our Amalfi Coast excursions....and the suggestions to visit a couple lesser know tourist spots as we headed further south in Italy from Fiorenzo we amazing - much appreciated! Thank you Fiorenzo and Teresa!

Fiorenzo and Teresa were very warm and caring! The place is situated near the train station, shop and beach. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant. We will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here :)

Lovely old building with absolutely fantastic views from front and rear. Lots of greenery at the rear of the building. Teresa and Fiorenzo are so welcoming. We were on the top floor which had a huge terrace to the front. We had been travelling through Italy for several weeks so were very pleased to find a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is very quirky, large, homely, clean, comfortable and quiet. It is basically self catering, having a kitchen area was perfect. One morning Teresa contacted us via WhatsApp to say she had baked fresh bread and told us to pop down and fetch a loaf which was still warm. We had it for breakfast with apricot jam. Meta is a lovely village/town. We had a short walk to the supermarket and a bar for coffees and Peroni. Beautiful scenery and walking distance to Sorrento but easy to catch the train or a bus. Would definitely recommend.

The location was ideal for us, as it was within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars restaurants and family living close by. Also ideal base for exploring Amalfi coast and surrounding areas. The apartment is very comfortable. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I can not praise them enough for their kindness and hospitality.

Having to climb 3 flights of stairs, we are not as fit as we thought we were!
