Thé location is perfect for going to Europa-Park. Checking was extremely easy. The apt actually has a floor plan in the details so we knew exactly what we would be getting with no surprises. Everything worked well, nice shower with hot water and a fridge. We didn’t use the kitchen otherwise but it looked useful. The breakfast area was good and useful.

The building itself is quite noisy because the floors seem to be very thin. You therefore Hear the neighbours. This didn’t pose a problem to us. The bed in the second bedroom is really quite small for 2 adults and right against the wall to fit in, so I recommend that room for just one person. The beds and bedding are fine, but not hotel standard, so be aware of that when you book. Other reviews had mentioned large cars not fitting in the car park and this is the case, but the owner gave options for nearby parking that were close and no issues for us. Little not to like as it turned out exactly as advertised.

The apartment is very close to a bakery. It had a very well-equipped kitchen including sugar, oil/vinegar, coffee, tea, etc. A nice bathroom with shampoo and soap. A great apartment.

The apartment is both comfortable and functional. It was very clean.

Only annoying: neighbours made a lot of noises and we could hear them very loud.

No need to be at the hotel for check-in at a given time. Easy access and no issue to collect the keys. Communication with the owner very efficient and easy.

Allocated parking slot was occupied by another car. Struggled a bit to find a solution. The parking slot has a system with a key given with the apartment. You have many park underground. Parking slots one on top of the other. You need to elevate the car already parked to access to the parking slot below. But if the car parked has an alarm engaged you get heavy noise.

Location was great and the apartment and its conveniences (coffee, treats for kids, etc.) were great and much appreciated. The staff member was really friendly and welcoming.

The only down side was a lack of living room, which we really did miss after a long day at europa park. Nevertheless, would recommend for a short stay!
