i have room on 4th floor , they don't have lift, wifi is connection is poor, location bit far from old town

A very nice, clean, modern, and cosy apartment. I enjoyed staying in.I even prolonged my stay. You have everything that you need to prepare a meal or space to hang your wet clothes. Plus the balcony overlooking the neighbourhood and hills.Towells and washing liquid is included .I would appreciate shower gel though.The reception staff was willing to help when I needed it( got me blanket :)) and they always got someone who spoke good English :)Internet connection was keep coming on and off, at night was literally off.Thats annoyed me a little bit.It's about 10-15 mins to the nearest Budva beach.Groceries shops are nearby everywhere literally, main bus station around 10 mins walk. Only Old town Budva is like 25 mins walk ...I completely fall in love with Montenegro:)

The light above my head didn't work. Internet connection was bad, In the morning was average but later at night was literally off.

the reception was open early and they let me check in early as there were no guests the room is okay for 1/maximum 2 nights

- if you leave something in the room - the cleaner will just throw it away the next minute. I left a new deck of cards and a bracelet and they didn't even keep it in lost and found for 1 day. the answer of the manager -the cleaner doesn't have time look at what she finds and just throws it away. I have never encountered such a careless attitude in a hotel. Very disappointing. - no shampoo, shower gel, just liquid soap. - no hairdryer in the room. The cleaner probably also had no time to check it. - the check out is at 10, and they don't have a place to stack your bags. I had to leave them in a room on a very dirty floor

The location is great as it's only about a 10-15 minute walk to the main beaches, or 25-30 minutes if you want to go to Mogren Beach. There are plenty of supermarkets in the area as well, so you can always buy whatever you need and it's really close to a street which if full of fast food restaurants to grab a quick bite if you're in a hurry.

The hotel forces daily towel changes, which felt invasive as staff enter the room without permission to collect towels. Additionally, they rearranged personal items like clothes and pyjamas on the bed. While nothing was stolen, it felt uncomfortable having staff handle personal belongings. We stayed on the ground floor, and for 8 days, we were woken up around 6:45 AM by the sound of furniture being dragged. Despite reporting this to reception on day 3, nothing changed. We suspect it was cleaning staff preparing rooms after check-out, and this went on for about 20-30 minutes each morning. The shower in room 012 flooded the bathroom because of a crack in the shower cabinet floor. The owners were aware since they left towels scrunched up in the corner where the water was leaking. The bathroom had visible mould and a stale smell, so we had to disinfect it before use. The bathroom window leaks when it rains, allowing water to flow in and further flood the floor. The rooms claim to be air-conditioned, but only one old unit was in one bedroom. It wasn’t strong enough to cool the entire apartment, especially in the 36°C heat. We would leave the air-conditioner on when we went out, but staff kept turning it off while they entered the room for towels, so the room remained uncomfortably hot.
