Fabulous flat. Beautifully decorated with a real quirky design. Fabulous facilities. Lovely welcome treats. Everything we needed. Great communication for access to the flat. We came to Cupar for a New Year's Eve Ceilidh which was literally next door at the Corn Exchange. A perfect location.

"Read the reviews about noise. Single glazing and traffic make a bad combination."

I understand why it is a listed building with character and great lounge.

Major issue for me: There could and should have been more transparency about noise which is not filtered by single glazing as the listed building cannot have double nor secondary glazing(according to the response from host) I checked out a day early as I got insufficient sleep, despite ear plugs. A minor issue is that the cafetiere had been put away unclean, otherwise the place was spotless It was difficult to find despite the misleading reassurance that google maps takes you to the door. Please use what3words as locator recommend by emergency services, and or share photo of lockbox beside white washed wall balustrade

"Disappointing stay"

Decor was nice

The location not good road noise day and night was awful. Overall cleanliness wasn't up to scratch either. Taxi rank at side of property, more noise! We were disappointed and didn't think this property was value for money and wouldn't recommend. It says near St Andrews golf course it wasn't it was 12 miles away. Overall not a great place to stay, in a very run down part of town. We booked two nights but only stayed one which says it all.

"A lovely spacious apartment, perfect for us and our dog to enjoy a short break away"

I liked the spacious, well equipped, stylish apartment. Good base for exploring and was handy being within walking distance to shops and eating places
