Please consider putting freeview on your TV. Everyone else has access to news etc. We had to join Netflix to have any entertainment in house. The Flat is very noisy with traffic during the day and it continues with the local pub patrons in the evening. The bedroom needs a heavy curtain to dampen sound and darken the space. I eventually worked out how to get the key box to open but it took some time. I sent photos of how it works to Stacey. I would recommend you get a new key box and make sure you give good instructions on exactly how to use it. Good and clear instructions would have been useful, for example we could not work out where the outside bins were. Overall the flat has a nice atmosphere and good furnishings.

Central location. Big windows. Lovely kitchen. Double aspects. Washing machine.

The toilet seat kept moving and didn’t fit… The entrance was rundown with peeling paint and weeds. The outside needed attention to the render and the window didn’t close in the bedroom! Eventually found a warm duvet. The pans were mostly nonstick and were all scratched so I couldn’t use them.

The location was very good for me.

Central to the city centre. Spacious and well appointed.

Disposal of rubbish was difficult due to kerbside bin being full. No on-site parking but the free public park only 4 minute walk away.

Central location, nice, bright flat had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Plenty of restaurants/takeaways nearby if you don’t want to cook.

Please provide instructions for the tv, and for which outside bins take which types of rubbish. Be aware that as it’s in town centre there is a lot of traffic noise, it does stop during the night and they do provide ear plugs.
