l'hôte était au petits soins avec nous et très adorable avec plein de conseils sur les lieux aux alentours. le logement était propre et conforme a ce qu'on attendait . le petit déj est très bon et varié puisque même si vous commandez la même chose chaque matin vous aurez une version différentes chaque jour. l'hôtel dispose de deux piscines en libre accès et d'un sauna payant

La clim qui est tombé en panne la veille de notre arrivée mais qui n'a pas été si gênant que ça durant le séjour

The owner is more than helpful. She was very responsive and ready to help us with everything. In addition, she helped me with organising a suprise for my parents wedding anniversary.

Would have been useful to have been asked for car reg details as we had a note left on our car window requesting we move it however it was included in the stay - if the hotel kept a log of guests car registrations would prevent this

The recepcionist Maŝa was very friendly and just because of her we gave some points, otherwise it would be less. And then we think the parking option was also a plus. The location in general was okay, it is not really central and you need to walk several KM to the center, but we like walking and for us this is no problem (beside we knew this before).

Now, everthing thing else does not justify the relatively high price (comparing with other options). First of all the room and the terrace area were very, very dirty, apparently not maintained for a long time, old, destroyed here and there. The sink of the kitchen area smelled and was congested... and a lot of other topics. Thus we would not recommend this accommodation and "luxury spa".
