"Comfortable stay with detailed instructions, but inconvenient key pickup"

It was a fairly comfortable stay overall. The apartment was clean and matched the description. A big plus is that the hosts provide a very detailed guide with clear instructions and helpful pictures — it really makes check-in and the whole stay easier.

The place where you have to pick up the key looks quite unpleasant at night and is very dirty. It would be great if the parking card could be placed directly in the key locker — that would make arrival much more convenient, since you wouldn’t need to go up to the apartment first just to fetch it.

"Wir waren doch etwas enttäuscht, da wir teilweise durch die Fotos getäuscht wurden."

Sehr gute Beschreibung mit Fotos, damit man alles gut finden konnte. Lift direkt von der Garage zur Wohnung.

Man bekommt nicht das, was man bucht. Das Schlafzimmer ist eigentlich ein fensterloser Raum und das Schlafsofa (wegen dem haben wir uns für diese Wohnung entschieden), war ein fleckiges 2er Sofa, wo man nicht schlafen konnte.
