Great apartment, great location,New building, friendly owner of the apartment. My recommendations.

excellent location in Niš, close to parks and restaurants. Apartment has a covered parking and elevator. Fully stocked with towels, blankets, plates, glassware and cutlery. Lots of outlets and great wifi allowed me to work remotely easily. apartment was very clean and organized. Host was very responsive and speak English too

The apartment is wonderful. Very clean and comfortable place in close proximity to the central part of the city. A very important condition is that there is a parking space, because in the surrounding area the parking is paid hourly, and it is hard to find a free space.

The apartment is new building so everything is modern and exceptional. Highly recommend this apartment its much better than it looks on the pics. Private parking, very clean everything was just perfect. Nicely equipped flat, with everything You might need. Safe parking behind the gate, new quiet building, located next to the store. Friendly owner, easy communication.

We liked everything about this apartment, the host was in contact all the time, he took the initiative to find out our arrival time and he was there to meet us and greet us, help to carry the luggage. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. We didn't have a chance to use the kitchen because we stayed only one night, but it was fully equipped. We would be happy to come back. It was warm and cozy during our stay, plenty of hot water and all the kitchen appliances that any chief would need.

Beautiful, updated apartment in an excellent location next to the pedestrian street. Service was excellent, the room was very clean and had many amenities, spacious, with mesmerizing details. We would like to thank the staff for preparing a surprise.
