The shower was a bit tricky to adjust.

The only good thing was the location.

The Entry smelled and had plaster coming off the walls. The stove only had two small hot plates going, the two larger ones were broken. The Tv wasn’t working and was only just fixed prior to us leaving. There was a layer of dust around the skirting boards and the carpets were dirty. The water pressure was low and the shower did not drain properly. The coffee machine did not work. We tried to contact the named contact but they did not answer till the following day. It was not satisfactory to rent a property in that condition.

Location great It was comfortable Kitchen very clean

We made our own breakfast, but the kitchen was well equipped. Location is central, central, heart of Oban. Everything is within reach. Rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom.

The sofa cushions and bed mattress could be more firmer. Sofas are too low. The bed in one bedroom needs to be fixed well, it’s wobbly. The shower is very soft and feels slow, could be more quick with good flow of water. We couldn’t operate the television. A bit noisy being on main thoroughfare, but not bad.

the apartment was in the centre of town.

Obviously dogs have stayed as there were numerous pee stains on the carpet in the hall. Wet towels were still in the dryer and we also saw that the last wash on the washing machine was express wash 20 degrees. Absolutely not good enough. We couldnt cook in the oven which was dirty. The wooden kitchen benches didnt look clean. The tiles in the kitchen need a good scrub and steam clean of the grout lines. The bed in the back room was extremely uncomfortable. The entry hall from the street was disgusting and smelt foul. Mouldy grout in the shower.

Good location, centre to Oban

The pans and frying pan need to be replaced with pans that are compatible with the induction hob
