Elmbank Garden Apartment

Nice garden and greenery about the apartment.

Occasional noise from adjoining house walking into rooms above the apartment. Musty smell in bedroom. No personal response from owners despite messages to them from myself and wife, just a courtesy would have been fine! The coffee machine didn't work and most importantly the noise of the dehumidifier, placed under our bed, but only discovered in the morning, kept my wife awake. So disappointing really, especially for £100 and no breakfast!

Convenient for town centre and own entrance.

Bed was up against the wall. Main living space was a little dark. Off street parking would have been preferred.

The bed was placed up against wall so I had to literally climb over my husband to get into bed.Quite noisy at times from a joinning house .Bathroom not very clean .Hate having to write this but being honest

Modern and clean apartment in a lovely town, good for short breaks.

We would like to come back, but the owners should, in our opinion, improve things that we did not expect for a comfortable stay: the creaky old bed, the squeaky doors, the freezing bathroom, the noisy extractor, the pathetic water pressure in the shower. In addition, the advert is misleading as separate and accessible entrance is just a narrow path along the building not wide enough for a wheelchair.

Location brilliant close enough to the town without the hustle and bustle. Very quiet area which was lovely. The apartment had everything you would ever need. As we were out and about we used the living room for around an hour the while time but the sofas are comfy and the bed being a king meant we both had two wonderful nights sleep.

Only little niggle we had we struggled to get the place warm, probably more of an issue with us than anything else not being uses to electronic heating system.

A comfortable space with all of the facilities expected. A quick response to my query about accessing the WIFI. In the nicer weather having the outside space would I'm sure be lovely

It was a little bit further away from the centre of Oban than I thought . Not so much something I didn't like, just a suggestion, it might be helpful to get some take away menus
