Amazing place, great location, beautiful decoration of the apartment, the owner was always available for requests! The village is so beautiful and quiet, was happy to come back to the apartment every evening again. Feels like home🩷 Highly recommended!!

The design of the apartment was modern yet cozy, with thoughtful details that made it feel like home. The entire space was impeccably clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals, which was very convenient. One of the highlights was the sauna setup — they provided everything from bathrobes and towels to essential oils for a truly relaxing experience. This attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat in Austria!

The only small downside was the pillows, which weren’t as comfortable as we would have liked, but that seems to be a common issue in many hotels. Overall, I would highly recommend this apparts to anyone visiting Oetz!

Highly Recommended! We stayed at this beautiful apartment in Oetz Valley for a week, and it was an absolutely perfect experience! The location is stunning, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the apartment itself is top-notch. The hosts really thought of everything to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The apartment was modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. From high-quality furnishings to small thoughtful details, everything was done to a very high standard. We especially appreciated how cozy and relaxing it felt after a day of exploring the area, with perfext heating and the sauna in the apartment. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Austria. We can't wait to come back!

The kids room is a bit small (although they absolutely loved the bunk bed)

Beautiful, clean place. Everything was very nice and ready for us. The linens were clean, the coffee and wine was great, the sauna was a fun surprise.

We stayed in the Sophl apartment (building has 5 or 6 apartments total spread out over 3 floors - ours was on the 2nd floor). Hands down - the BEST part of this apartment is the shower. It was the largest bathroom we've ever stayed in on a European trip and the shower itself - MASSIVE! I was marveling that the shower head could work for someone who was almost 7 feet tall - it was THAT BIG! My husband and I both being 6 feet absolutely loved the extra space in the shower and the height. It truly exceeded my expectations. And we miss it having now stayed in a few more spaces with tiny, typical European showers. The rest of the apartment was great - we had two decks, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies, I felt incredibly welcomed by Sophia. We also had a noise issue from our neighbor the first night - they were playing loud music from 9:30 until I finally emailed Sophia at 11:30 saying the club music was still going. Sophia promptly responded and the music stopped within 10 minutes. I was so happy that she was able to solve our problem so quickly - I wish I had emailed sooner! (Quiet hours begin at 10pm) The location is wonderful, right in downtown - we could walk to Spar in under 5 mins and we could get the gondola lift within 15 mins. Once we parked, we rarely had to move because everything was right there. The Summer Card was a nice surprise for us - it came with our stay and we ended up visiting multiple gondolas (for FREE!) and went to the Aquadome as well. Really nice surprise. Easy checkin with the door code - felt very secure. One thing to change for future - Sophia emailed us a bunch of information the morning of our stay and I wish it had come a couple days beforehand.

So when I looked at this apartment back in Feb (7 months ago), there were pictures and references to a hot tub being on the balcony of this particular unit. At the time, Lebe Oetz also had another apartment available that was $400 cheaper but I chose to go with the Sophl because I wanted to surprise my husband with the hot tub (he absolutely loves them and they're difficult to find in Europe). Upon arrival, no hot tub. :( When I emailed Sophia about it, she explained that there hasn't been a hot tub for over a year and that they had already updated all the materials. But I booked only 7 months ago and there were clearly references and pictures about the hot tub, so it was really disappointing to think I was paying for something extra and to not receive it. :( While the apartment is great when it's sunny and warm - using the 2 decks was great for a couple days. But for our 8 nights, we had a slew of really rainy days and for the smaller apartment, that was tough, especially when I was working. WiFi worked pretty well - I did have some glitchiness with my Zoom calls but otherwise, able to stay connected and work when I needed to. The last thing to note about the Sophl - it's on the 2nd floor and is connected by a door to the other 2nd floor apartment. This is great if you're traveling with another group and need to open the door/connect the 2 apartments. However, we found that noise seemed to carry pretty well through the door which is why we heard the loud music of our neighbors AND on our last night, our new neighbors came home later, were likely intoxicated and started knocking on that door which woke us up in the middle of the night. So while I would return, if I had to do it over - I would definitely book the other apartment that was cheaper AND I wouldn't stay in either of the 2nd floor apartments that connect via the door - it was just too noisy.
