Apartment D 4 Battery Terrace Oban

Lovely apartment!

It has everything you need for a great stay in Oban, warm and comfortable, with some toiletries and some staples for cooking. It's also near the town centre with nice views.

It's just a little small and a fairly steep walk to get there .

Spacious and convenient. Properly equipped. Parking off the street ok.

The smell when first entering the unit. Had to open windows right away. Also difficult to find the building.

The location was nice, with a nice view over the harbour and the city. The kitchen and the dining area are small but well equipped. It was clean in all the rooms and plenty of toiletries and toilet paper supplies, towels and bedding smelled fresh and were clean. Shower looks a bit dated but at least there was good water pressure. Easy to collect the keys from the locker box, owners were helpful and replied on time. It's a nice little flat otherwise.

The beds were very springy, made me dizzy if I moved in the slightest, I felt like I was in a boat, and the duvets quite small in a way, like they didn't cover us properly on the sides and we were just two average-size females. The bedroom is very small and quite dark, I felt claustrophobic in it so I managed to move one bed into the dining area to sleep and moved it back before we left. Oh, and the toilet door was a sliding door which didn't exactly covered the entrance into the bathroom so unless you're a couple it makes you anxious that someone can peek through although you can't exactly see well inside. And the floors were very squeaky. Sorry, maybe other people are not that sensitive to these things but this took away from an otherwise nice flat. If it were mine I'd put sofa a bed in the dining area and turn that into another bedroom...

The apartment was located in a good spot, lovely views, very spacious and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay!

Location was good apart from steep hill

Trying to find the apartment took doing no signs outside and couldn't find on Google maps ,also beds need bigger duvets
