Adoramos o imóvel! A localização é excelente, praticamente dispensando o uso de veículo. Fica muito próximo de uma praia maravilhosa, de ótimos restaurantes e da principal avenida da vida noturna de Pipa. O espaço atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades (somos um casal com uma criança) e o estacionamento no local foi um grande diferencial, especialmente nesta região.
