The property was in a good location. It was spacious and clean. Good communication with the owner prior to and during our stay.

The air conditioning was unable to cool all of the apartment. The mezzanine room and main bedroom were extremely hot. The bathroom could do with updating.

The apartment was very easy to find. It was clean, spacious and modern. 7 mins walk to the main pisa Centrale station/ bus stand and 5 mins walk to carefour supermarket which was so convenient.

One thing I didn’t like was the shower as very old looking compared to rest of the apartment and that the apartment was on the very top floor and there is no lifts so anyone with a pram or disabled cannot walk up the stairs if it’s difficult for them.

there was no elevator so it was hard to take all luggage upstairs

Great location and good value in a lovely city.

A few bugs in the ground floor entrance, but 0 in our unit. Normally I wouldn’t care, but the multitude of bugs scared my daughter.

everything was amazing, everything you need very close to the apartment, nice and clean, lots of towels, blankets, kitchen tools.

a little problem we received the wrong key, the house cleaner mixed the keys, but the host came very quickly and gave us the right key

very centrally located close by to all the streets and mainly the Pisa Central station, very good area absolutely cozy apartment with all the basic facilities

Everything was good just needed to have another mirror and dustbin in the upstairs room
