Well-appointed, clean, comfortable apartment in Pula. The location is excellent--right in the heart of the old town, and easy walking distance to the bus terminal and ferry docks. Nice balcony overlooking a large green space. Unit has a washing machine. Host provided excellent communication. Highly recommend.

Arrival set the tone for our 4-day stay: just flawless. The owner of the property message us directly via Whats App prior to arrival. As she is living abroad she gave us a very informative run down of the arrival process and brought us into contact with her sister, who would be our point of contact during the stay. They both had exceptionally good English and communication was easy. We opted to rent their private parking spot about 300m away from the apartment for additional 15€ per day. As the apartment is located in a car free zone, this was the most convenient solution. Plus i muss stress, as in every city, public parking is tremendously frustrating and a nightmare. Hence why i highly recommend spending the extra coin. You will get detailed instructions from the owner, so that you will easily find the private parking lot. We met our point of contact directly at the apartment, had a quick chat, made the deposit for the parking spot and hit the road for some snacks. The amenities are very well maintained. The kitchen - living room is spacious, very well equipped (even soap, drying towels, sponges and dishwasher powder was available). Bathroom was clean (except one corner, where quite some residual waste from the previous inhabitants could be found) On the bright side: women hygiene products, washing machine and detergent, toilet paper and soaps were provided.. Which we highly appreciated! Bedroom was great- mattress was new and comfortable. Only one negative: one of the throw pillows had bodily fluids from previous renters on it. 2x balconies: one with a drying rack and one with a small table and two chairs made our stay here enjoyable. Fun-Fact: we enjoyed our morning coffee with a view of green grass and a small archeological sight. Aircon was working-well in both the living and the bedroom! We would have appreciated if the cleaners did a last sweep of the property, as to avoid customers finding residual and bodily waste of their predecessors.

Very comfortable very well equiped air conditioned modern apartment. Ideal base to explore the old city. Comfortable beds and 2 balconies overlooking a roman villa ruin and gardens in the historic pedestrianised park of Pula city. In immediate proximity to lots of the major historic sites. Close to bus stop for 15mins trip to great beaches. Apartment looked after by very helpfull Jelena.

Apartment on the 2n'd floor so steps involved! and being in a pedestrianised area means a walk with luggage to any taxi pickup. The bathroom has a shower over bath rather than a walk in shower so not for the unsteady. The parking situation for residents and visitors in Pula is currently something of an expensive confusing mess. So ideally don't have a car with you! The owners parking space is relatively close and at 15E a day currently represents good value.

Well equipped, nice and spacious appartment. Perfect location in a city centre, however very quite at night due to orientation towards large garden and church. Comfortable beds. Separate air-conditioning units for living room and sleeping room, both well functioning. Coffee, sugar, salt, papar, oil, vinegar etc. are all provided. Helpful, kind and caring people taking care about the apartment.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Pula, great location. Very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. There are all those little bits you might need during your stay. Would highly recommend. Nice and supportive owners.
