Harbour-Apartment with sea view and parking spot

100m coloseum, 100 squar, top location with private parking!

The appartment is fairly spacious and I can well imagine this for a longer stay during warmer months. Perhaps the main advantage is the private parking, and therefore once you get through the slightly challenging instructions and grab your keys with the parking badge, it's then easy to leave by car for any sightseeing and come back without worrying about free parking slot (can be even more appreciated in-season). Tea, the host, has provided lot of additional information, tips and recommendations for your stay. The location is quite close (walking distance) to most points of interest in Pula city centre.

Unfortunately the main Riva street is very noisy, especially in rainy weather, the windows don't provide much sound insulation. Also, the curtains in the main bedroom were missing during our stay, which is perhaps a temporary issue as they are pictured in the appartment gallery, but it's been quite annoying without them even off-season with delayed sunrise in the morning. As many other visitors mentioned, there is no central heating and no heating in the bathroom either. It was very difficult to heat the appartment to a more pleasant ambient temperature with the limited possibilities of the (noisier) A/C in the main bedroom or small electric heater in the other room. I can imagine this being not an issue in warmer months though. However, I would trade off the proximity to the city centre for a much quieter location because Pula isn't that big you couldn't walk around it in 15-20mins anyway. The building (block of flats) isn't too attractive as some mentioned, but we did not find this an issue and we haven't had any problems with the neighbours either.

Nice big apartment, functional kitchen, well equipped bathroom. Very good location - in the old down, close to everything! Private parking.

The view is a bit blocked by the trees. Noisy street.

Excellent location and view. with on sight parking in old town. Easy walking to all old town sights and Pula arena.

Building in prime location but it is very unattractive. Does have a lift.

Place is spacious and has many utilities. It was recently renovated. Furniture and tools are mostly new.

The place needs some deep cleaning. It's very close to a main street so bedrooms are quite noisy. It doesn't have central heating just a radiator and air conditioning to warm it up... so it doesn't provide maximum comfort during winter time.

- it is difficult to heat the space in winter - there is no space to hang laundry - there is not enough space in the closets (one really small closet)
