A beautifully appointed apartment in the centre of Todi which in itself is worthy of a long stay. Michael and Adele could not have been more accommodating and we are grateful to them for making this such a wonderful stay.

The place was beautifully designed, quiet, comfortable and charming. Adele, our host, met us and drove us to the apartment - she was so friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would go back again!

Location means no nearby parking and fairly difficult access. But a lovely town on your doorstep.

This is a gem of an apartment. Adele, who manages this apartment, is extremely courteous and helpful. She went out of her way to facilitate us.

It was perfect for me . The location was great .

The fridge didn’t work properly but Adele did offer to come and look at it . As I was in and out I told her not to worry.

Location was great. Our key pickup was awesome, Adele met us where we parked and drove us and our luggage closer to the home.

Free heat but max'd out at 20c - 68F. We had some mornings and nights that were very cold in the house. The owner did raise the heat to 22c one night but there were probably 3 or 4 other nights that we would've liked to have it. This is also a great place for in-shape people. If you have any stability issues the stairs into the house are a little wonky (they're probably 200 years old or so! Lol) so going up and down could be an issue for elderly or people with stability issues.

Fantastic location. Very comfortable and well appointed. Perfect space for a couple. A great way to have a genuine Todi / Umbrian experience. Lovely welcome from Adele

We arrived in a heatwave in August so air conditioning would’ve been ideal, but we did mange with the fan provided.
