Grillotti Apartment

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo per una struttura sita nel centro di Todi. Appartamento silenzioso e di grosse dimensioni. Essendo all'interno della ZTL non è semplicissimo da raggiungere se non con la collaborazione telefonica del gestore della struttura. Parcheggio gratuito a meno di 100 metri dall'appartamento, che nel mio caso quello assegnatomi a causa di un cantiere non era disponibile, essendo però in moto non ho avuto alcuna difficoltà a collocarla tra uno stallo e l'altro.

La posizione

Location in old town, reasonable size, quiet, clean, kitchen

In ground floor storage caveous room (but with window to the frontal living/kitchen), no window in bedroom behind. The parking position (200m away) was blocked by other car, we had to park next to it on another place (got no ticket I think).

A spacious apartment in the old town. Very well equipped with everything you need.

The location is fantastic. The owner's free private parking, very close to the flat, was a great Plus. The flat is extremely large & spatious. This place is entirely quiet. (You don't hear a thing from elsewhere.) The owner is very responsive.

I found the bed, mattress & bedding, rather uncomfortable. A little more attention to decoration could easily enhance the apartment. You need artificial lighting in the middle of the day because there is hardly any natural light.

The location was vert central and the apartment was spacious and reasonably well equipped

The shower cabinet is rather small and there were no suitcase stands for convenience. Also, the free parking was some distance away.
