APSTAY central station I Self Check-in I Parking option

All new stuff. Clean bathroom with all new features. Kitchen was super-clean and super-useful. Owner of the apartment obiously invested some money during the previous period.

Located near the railway, so it can be loudy early in the morning. WiFi should be better. Need to reset the router on daily basis to get the better connection. 20 min away from the city center (on foot)

Location is perfect, 15 mins to Graz city center. Process of self check-in is easy and fast. Host let us in apartment earlier. Private parking lot. Heating system was working fine. This is very good value for money.

The apartment looks nice and new on the photos and at first look but actually it needs immediat renovation (chairs, table, couch, walls, couratins etc.). The apartment was not cleaned properly and there were stains all over the apartment. We arrived with SUV on the private parking lot and we almost stratched bottom of the car because the driveway was steep, so be careful.

i was led to believe that I would receive an email a few days prior to check in with all the check in details but had to chase that up myself found out that the city tax wasn’t included in the total price when on booking.com said it was (no big issue). the key to get into the building was two buildings down the street and hard to find as we got in at dark. the shower didn’t drain and was very close to flooding the bathroom and when I contacted the host I got no reply. the tv had no channels and the wifi was horrendously slow

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on, it should be replaced.

The apartment was nice, and well organised

The towels were clean but a bit smelly. Only one paper toilet available
