- Wrong instruction to get the key. - No response after mistake done. - No apology given, just kept quiet. - House no Wifi (now all homestay should have what). - Deposit too high (rm200), better take another good homestay with low depo or no depo at all. - Depo deducted -rm10 due to ? I dont know what was this charge !

Pay online deposit. Pick up your own key on laundry nearby. Just check out by putting the key in the mailbox in the lobby. In front of the apartment there is a restaurant and laundry. The room itself is decent. Some stains here and there. But we only use the room for sleeping. There is a standing fan in the living room. Both rooms have air conditioner and water heater in the bathroom. They have a refrigerator, cups, platea and other utensils. No stove. They provide eco shop shampoo and soap and also towels. The room on the first floor. And can see the pool on the ground floor from the bedroom. But from the living room there's a tree blocking the view of the pool. I think the room is ok. No bugs or bed bugs.

The stares from the neighbour. While my kid was playing in the pool. We follow all the guidelines. It makes me uncomfortable. I can ignore the stare but why the need to point finger and take a picture of my kids. I don't like confrontation because we only stayed for one night. But the kid was having fun. Maybe because we are outsiders and they are the residents. The rule mentioned in the house we need to throw garbage ourselves. Then why charge us the cleaning fee? I just think it's unfair. The sofa has a lot of stained. Overall i think the place is decent for a one night stay.

Cleaning is ok. Very disappoint security is not good, the balcony sliding door is broken and cannot be locked, so I can't sleep at night (the room is on the first floor, there is a big tree next to it, can climb up). The room little smelled musty, the bed felt slingshot when sleeping on it, and the pillows were as thin as the sheets. The network line is very very poor.
