We found the apartment to be as advertised, clean, comfortable, good location, and with all the amenities one would need for an enjoyable stay. The beds were very conducive to a good night’s rest. The armoire provides plenty of storage for clothes and belongings, and includes a safe. The Smart TV allowed us to access Netflix and Amazon Prime. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator (lift). The hosts provided parking at a private lot, a 2-minute walk from the apartment. The location is great, near several good restaurants within easy walking distance. An organic grocery store is right next door.

We lacked proper instructions for accessing the Wi-Fi network, which our hosts resolved within a day. Upon arrival, the apartment address is easy to miss, as the entrance is a narrow doorway on the left at the beginning of Zwätzengasse. We would have benefited from more precise directions. To their credit, our hosts were available to assist us with any questions or issues.

Great location, the city center is just around the corner, and there is a nice organic supermarket on the ground floor in the same building. The room is very spacious (I stay by myself but the room is definitely ample enough for two persons) I highly recommend it! The owner was also kind -- kind enough to bring me after the checkout what I had left in the room (thanks again!)

Location is great, just a few minutes away from the main square. The apartment is nice and comfortable, bathroom is very spacious. Also an elevator is at your disposal

The flat is in a very central location which is nice. The apartment is well equipped.

The bed linen was dirty. How can this happen? It was quite disgusting, to be honest. The other, albeit minor issue was that it was rather loud at night because of the outdoor seating area of the bar next door.

Picking up the keys and communicating with the host was a bit difficult.

The flat had access by lift and was accessible for my wheelchair. it’s located near the old university and good for town centre access. a very nice supermarket on ground floor. perfect place to stay.
