The place is very well located, a short walk from the main boulevard and shopping mall, with a supermarket and a grocery market a few steps away . But Deva is a small town, so everything is at walking distance. There a many free parking spots around but they get occupied in the evening. You can still park on the sidewalk if needed. The apartment is quite big for a single bedroom, has a coffee machine and all you would need for a short stay. The furniture is new, the place is quiet and feels private.

The host was responsive only when I checked in. Didn't give any proper instructions though, like where I should wait for them and had to wait for them to call. He seemed quite bothered that he had to welcome me. When I reported in the morning that their lockbox was not locking he didn't even bother responding. The place was a mixed bag. It seemed like most of the things were washed (sheets, towels) but all had a slight smell like they were washed without detergent. there was mold in the shower and the shower head was broken. These are all things that can easily be ignored if the experience is better and you feel welcome but I felt like dropping in unannounced at some relative that doesn't like you. The price is neither high nor low for a small province town like Deva so my expectations were medium. The apartment was not located in the city center which justifies the lower than average price, however, the rest of the experience made the place feel a bit overpriced.

Clean apartment and great coffee machine. The neighbours were a bit loud but that's not the owners fault. It could be solved with a call to local police but I don't think it's something that happens every night.

No invoice possibility. I asked when I bookked for the invoice. The owner has refused to issue (like is legal and mandatory) an invoice. I got a lot a problems in my bookkeeping, just because we have made de payment with the company credit card and after the staying we got no invoice. Why Booking.com is doing such deals with owners that not even able to issue a invoice? My trip had a business purpose and finaly I paid the reservation amount back to my company to deck the situation. Is not the first case. A lot o unuseful owners offers rooms in Romania, but don't offer a leagal invoice if that is asked. They just don't want to pay taxes and create problems to people that are travelling in business purpose. If I'll start to report them to ANAF, than I'm de bad person.

There was everything you may need not only for one night but for even longer time. The host was very nice and check-in was very easy.

Building is old and not renovated.
