Ich war knappe 3 Monate zum Überwintern in Playas de Vera. Das Appartement ist sehr gut mit allem was man für Langzeitaufenthalte benötigt ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, großes Gefrierfach, Microwelle, Wasserkocher, Dolce Gusto. Perfekt der eigene große sichere Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das WLAN absolut gut. Das Highlight war die Terrasse, hier konnte ich ab 11 Uhr bis Abends die Sonne genießen. Sehr aufmerksam waren die Mitarbeiter von Immo Vera (Rezeption praktisch) die bei Problemen per WhatsApp oder vor Ort helfen konnten. Die Kommunikation in Englisch war super einfach.

"Bon séjour dans l'ensemble grâce au beau temps"

Proche de la plage, le quartier calme et privé. Le garage en sous sol et l'ascenseur.

Manque de protection sur la terrasse. Appartement vieillot, ustensiles de cuisine trop réduit. Chambre trop petite.

"Demasiado calor en la terraza"

La piscina tan grande y muy limpia. Ungustazo llegar de la playa y nadar en ella. Ademas tranquila aún con muchos apartamentos a su alrededor.

La terraza del apartamento al tener las maquinas de aire acondicionado. Si pones el aire hace demasiado ruido y genera calor. De tamaño la terraza está muy bien, pero no se puede estar en ella por el calor.
