The location was good and the apartment served us quite well for what we required. The host had moved us to a different apartment as he had had trouble with the boiler in our original booking, so we were lucky it was free. He was easily contactable and very responsive, also quick to try and offer a solution to our issue of cleanliness. The apartment had good wifi and provided a vast array of channels and apps for entertainment. The bedding and bath towels were clean and fresh. The free parking nearby was also a bonus.

I wouldn't describe the apartment as a luxury one. It was comfortable enough for two, possibly three people for eating and relaxing. I'm not sure how 6 people could all use the living and dining space at once as it is not equipped for that many. A thorough clean of the whole apartment and attention to detail would really improve guest experience. Although we appreciated the host's offer to ask the cleaner to pop back we declined as it wasn't as simple as a couple of overlooked jobs that an hour would fix.

The only thing I can suggest is, having both choices of tea and coffee as opposed to just tea in the cupboard :) I know it's self catering, but it nice to have that option before the shopping trip :)

Central position in town. Up to date fixtures and furnishings and clearly newly (tastefully) refurbished. Food left in fridge - a nice touch. Very comfortable bed. Reasonably spacious. Good shower.

Couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password. I’m sure that if I’d asked for it, that it wouldn’t have been an issue, but really, we were only sleeping and breakfasting at the apartment so I didn’t contact the owner about this.

The stairs are a bit steep.

Property was very clean and well situated. Included good amenities and comfortable.

The stairs are extremely steep and too narrow. My little boy had an unfortunate accident of falling down them from the top step as did I and my husband almost as they are extremely narrow. Damp smell in hallway when coming into flat however owner advised it was under renovation which is understandable.

Clean, comfortable stay in perfect location.

The host is nice and replied to our messages very quickly so we could have a smooth stay in Wick. We could tell the apartment here must be well designed since the decoration really attracted us. It’s a shame we didn’t stay here for more nights since we need to catch our ferry, but we would definitely choose here if come again.😊😊 很漂亮的公寓！很好的房东！总之一切都挺好！！高地真的很美很美
