Locket Studio - Cosy Apartment with Balcony

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the centre of York. Felt safe and quiet. Roof terrace provided outside space.

Had some issues locking door to roof terrace. Lock on door of flat also a little tricky. Steep stairs.

great location for the centre,nice size for staying alone,communal area’s quiet and clean

The cleaning standard left a lot to be desired especially as you charge a fee for this,the bed is also very squeaky and not very comfortable,could also do with better pillows and a warmer quilt for the winter months

location was great - loved the cafe down the street. fresh modern decor. would definitely re book (got 1 nights stay to use next year) thanks to the hospitality of the owners.

if I had to advice on any improvements, then I’d say the bed could do with being changed. not the most comfortable and feels old compared to the rest of the apartment.

On the whole the apartment was good,20minute walk along the river into town .Had to get in touch with host as we couldn’t find the code for the WiFi or the cafetière .The host did kindly bring a cafetière and tried to explain the WiFi but we still couldn’t get on to it.There are a couple of cafes near by for breakfast and Sainsbury’s at the top of the road to buy essentials.

Toilet looks like it needs a good clean and some of the lights in the sitting area don’t work.Couple of blinds broken on doors to balcony

Bed is broken

location was perfect, only a 15 min walk into town.

unfortunately the tv didn’t work, and after a long day walking around it would’ve been nice to just relax in the evenings.

The room was big and clean.

The bed was too soft and pillows flat

The location was good, balcony was a bonus

The bed was slanted, felt like it was broken. Everything just felt cheap, door to water tank in the bathroom would t close, dirty glasses and dishes. dirty balcony pillows for the seati.
