"Lovely apartment good location, let down by minor details."

Location and quality of apartment

Showers had very little pressure and often water was not hot enough. Also lower level corridors a d garage smelled badly of rotten rubbish.

Excellent accommodation. Everything you could need was available. Very spacious apartment and only 15 mins to York centre. Garage space is an added bonus. Would highly recommend..

"Apart from the key fiasco we had a fantastic stay."

Beautiful clean apartment within walking distance of the cathedral and city centre. Very well equipped and comfortable and it is our second year of staying. Hopefully it will be available next year for another visit.

I was asked to go to the hotel to collect the keys so it would be quicker. Having walked to the hotel they didn't have the keys as the cleaner hadn't returned them. I was told to walk to the property and the receptionist from the hotel would meet me. No one was there when I arrived and then a different man turned up with the keys. He didn't know how to access the parking and then left without taking the cash for the parking. We didn't want to leave cash in the apartment or post box and so walked back to the hotel to pay for the parking. It bit annoying especially as it was so hot.

Very clean & beautifully decorated. Great kitchen with all the utilities you need. Great living area with doors leading onto a sunny terrace. A real home from home!

"Loveley stay in York"

The accommodation was excellent. The terrace was lovely, and even better that it was a lovely weekend. Location was fine and a short work in to the centre. Car park was convenient and secure.

Didn't come across anything we didn't like.

"Brilliant place and location."

I liked the vast space of the kitchen/sitting room/ terrace. Place was very very clean.

Men were working on the adjacent terrace the entire time we were there.
