Chapel Penthouse

Very near town well equipped flat done to a very high standard. Didn't get the guys name who came to give us the keys but he was very friendly and helpful.

One of the single beds was broken but we called right away to let them know. My daughter was fine sleeping in it they offered to come and have a look but we were OK with it.

Excellent from start to finish, Rachael was great with communication and meet/greet. The accommodation was great, clean and modern with everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks.

Apartment great everything you needed and easy walking distance to centre and station. Due to rain a really annoying donk donk donk sound in main bedroom due to rain hitting plastic window sill (not landlords fault) TOP TIP I rolled up a hand towel and placed on sill, problem solved.

Meet and greet, called on arrival (which was between time slots given at booking) told Caroline (I think would be a few minutes) 25 minutes we were left outside waiting, tried number again a few times but went to voicemail. When she arrived the handover was really rushed, didn't give any details incase of a fire, so no idea how would have got out as only taken to apartment by lift). Lack of information, fire exits, bus times, taxi numbers, all of which would be helpful to visitors to the area. Entrance to lift smells, but does not affect actual apartment.

Spacious, clean overall and terrace a bonus.

Oven and trays were dirty, no instructions for heating or appliances, and mattress in small bedroom was uneven.
