Great location as walkimg distance from main centre and all attractions. It was warm enough. Really nice secure parking.

It is quite small, and although there is a cooker/hob, theres not much in the way of pots/pans. You can easily make breakfast bit you wouldn't be cooking dinners there every night.

Not the landlords fault as she was trying to deal with an issue but the shower wasn't working very well. She was very apologetic and I would stay again

The location of the property and allocated parking available for free.

The lack of consistent hot water, the cooker dials not fitted the correct way which made it difficult to use. Lack of utensils for cooking. Difficulty in opening windows.

Very clear and helpful communication with the host from booking throughout the stay. Location was excellent. Free parking is a great bonus. Kitchen well equipped.

Private secure parking, and location to city centre.

It was clean and comfortable and warm and so close to the centre of York
