Location great flat had everything you could possibly ask for very quite we they very kindly allowed us to check in early and leave the car added bonus

I unfortunately stripped the bed on departure something I always do to help the cleaner i wish I hadn't the under cover and mattress were absolutely disgusting borted in stains surely they have more than one mattress topper the pillows were stained yellow and covered in marks very disappointed at the standard. Dirty cutlery in the draw and the remains of previous clients spaghetti in the plug in kitchen I also fixed the blind in the living room and wiped the stains from the cill, on the upside bathroom was clean just put a damper on the end of a lovely stay

5 min walk over the bridge and you’re in the centre where the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars are. Apartment is light airy and spacious.

little niggles, that could easily have been prevented. please pass on to the necessary teams. heating wasn’t on when we arrived and the apartment felt cold. there was no hot water when we turned the tap on in the kitchen. The airing cupboard had a duvet and bedding on the floor. the vacuum, mop and bucket looked as if they’d just been shoved in.. and it was a battle to get in to where the boiler was to switch the heating on and to the extractor fan switch. Cupboard under the sink needed a good clean. looked as though it had leaked at some point and the base was stained and dirty. No hand towels, tea towel or dish cloths for us to wipe the surfaces down. extractor fan in the bathroom was on all the time which disturbed our first night’s sleep. we located the on/off switch in the airing cupboard and only switched it on when we were showering. this was our second stay in this apartment and didn’t experience the above issues on our first stay. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay in York and would definitely stay in this apartment again but would check that we wouldn’t experience these minor issues before setting off.

The location was good, but really noisey at night.

When we arrived we couldn't get in to the car park space provided as a van was in it. When we eventually got in to the cold apartment as the door fob wouldn't work. The apartment was dirty with someone's rubbish in the boiler cupboard. There was people's empty beer cans lying under the bed, there dirt behind the livingroom couch only seen as trying to put the heating on was a joke. It has took me 3 attempts since being home to get citylets to speak to me for them to say today there's nothing they can do. So I'd advise not to waste your money as this is what happened to us.

Excellent location, very spacious and secure parking. Very quiet inside.

Needs a plumber to look at the water supply. Noisy and very bouncy tap in the kitchen, really noisy in the bathroom. The window in the bedroom doesn’t close properly. Don’t know how windows get cleaned in a loft apt but they really need it. While apt inside was super clean, please check behind the sofa. Got a shock when turning on the radiator.

Great location, very central. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We particularly like our coffee and were very happy to find a coffee machine in the Kitchen! We were staying in York for our honeymoon and we were welcomed with a lovely note and bottle of Prosecco which was a lovely touch.

The only thing that has made me mark this as a 9 instead of 10 is the cleanliness. It was clean but not thoroughly clean, there were areas that could have been improved on.

Arrange arrival time was text by contact with number to call 30 mins before arrival and contact was waiting as we arrived.

Felt everything was easy and contact was great
