Location was excellent. Apartment was perfect for us. Communication was spot-on.

Sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Microwave would be a bonus but other kitchen facilities sufficed.

"Provide GNSS coordinates for the important locations for key collection."

The place is lovely, clean, quiet and comfortable and secure. It won't be ideal on very hot days as not much airflow in the flat or aircon.

The directions for collecting the key are very specific and only to follow from train station. It would be useful to also use GNSS coordinates for the entrances as well as using pictures and descriptions.

"Comfy, big and great location"

The apartment was really stylish, pretty big and also had a really cool vibe to it. I liked basically everything but the cleaning. I did my check in earlier than usual and probably because of that the cleaning lady did not have enough time to clean everything. Other than that, all good ✌🏻

The apartment was lovely, everything we needed was provided. Location excellent. We will be booking the apartments for our future trips to York.

Only one thing, the lounge was uncomfortable. The sofabed part wouldn't stay in so everytime you sat down it would slope down.

Location wad great - can walk to all the sights

Noise from lift shaft in bedroom. Sofa has serious / uncomfortable dip in seat which also affects sofa bed.

"A lovely apartment in a great position, close to transport and to the city centre."

The apartment was in a great location, close to the railway station and within walking distance of all the tourist sites that I wanted too visit. It was safe and secure, perfect for someone travelling on their own.

While it was well equipped, it would have been god to have a microwave in the kitchen to use for heating up food. Also a blackout blind in the bedroom would have been great, especially as it was light by 5am.
