Fantastic location, very central for San Eugenio area.

Excellent location, very close to the beach and shops

i didn't like it because they asked for my passport and then proceeded to block my number and leave us on the streets with no one to contact

the fact they waited till we landed in tenerife and asked for our passports , then proceeded to block us so we couldn't contact them and left us in the streets. Seemed really untrustworthy as if there was bad intentions. Reply to Host response: “As a responsible host we immediately informed booking about this discrepancy” I would hardly claim to be a responsible host, when you cancelled our booking the very minute we land in the airport. You also completely avoided answering any of our calls as well as Booking customer service for several hours and eventually even block me on WhatsApp. It is hypocritical to deny us stay at your accommodation due to us being “young” and on the same hand leave us stranded on the streets with our personal belongings in a country we have never been to, with no previous experience with the language and culture of the land. It should also be pointed out that after looking at the confirmation emails in March, there are no specified age restrictions mentioned as far as I am aware. We were only notified about the 28 year rule when we were stranded outside on the call with booking customer care at midnight. It is also suspicious that you decided to completely cut all communication after you received our passport information including our pictures ( which you requested ). As confirmed by booking, you are not required to have our passport information or pictures as it is a personal data. Consumer rights act 2008 clearly indicates that we are well within our rights to demand our full booking fee of close to €1000 as we were not provided a service for something we paid for. You should acknowledge none of what entailed is ethical, moral or even in some cases legal to the fullest extent. The solution is very simple, even after all the trouble and hassle you have put us through on what was meant to be a great experience for us at your place, we simply want the money back for a service that was never provided to us.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, pleasant and homely. The apartment is nicely furnished and clean and offers all the comforts. The apartment is exactly as described and as can be seen in the photos. All necessary services are nearby - from shops, pharmacies to bars and restaurants. The hosts are friendly, everything went smoothly (from booking to picking up the keys). The nearest beach with sand and clear sea is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There are also other beaches nearby. We were impressed with the apartment and the beaches during our stay and will be happy to come back again.
