Central location, nice and clean building. Swimming pool area. Overall a very good fla, I recommend it warmly!

Missing instructions for the check-in (civic number of the building) Kitchen equipment needs a refresh (i.e. sharpening the knives) Bed is very squeaky on the right side, should be easy to fix.

It was a terrible arrival, a great ordeal for my parents, the elderly couple, who had just traveled so far for the first time. The owner's office, Tiziana, said she would wait with the key, but before traveling she said she would send a code to the key box. However, he did not say that it is not possible to enter the house. The owner Tiziana didn't help me, my elderly parents couldn't get in for long hours, until late at night. A foreign doorman helped from the other building. The other problem is PARKING. We asked for a private parking space, as stated in the ad, but we didn't get one, there isn't one. He said "you can park anywhere on the street for free". But it is not true, it is very difficult to park, there is no space. For my elderly parents, this would have been very important so that they would not walk a lot. Before the trip, we kindly asked if there would be a brochure about Tenerife travel attractions in the apartment, to which the owner was indignant that there was none, this is not a booking apartment, he is not a travel agency. He vwas very arrogant, leave him alone, zero helpfulness. The guest is important until he pays :(

The location was fine and as expected. However I was surprised to be on the 9th floor hadn’t realised how high the building was. But the lifts were good so it wasn’t a problem although I would be concerned if I had small children with me because of the balcony rails being low and no glass. The pool area was good, but the beach area was small and didn’t look inviting. The apartment was very handy for shops and places to eat. Also the Rosa shopping centre with fashion shops a good supermarket was only 5 minutes walk away

I didn’t like the entry system. I was told by text that I could arrive when I liked and I would be met there and given the keys. I arrived and waited in reception but no one came at the time agreed. I luckily looked at my phone after I had waited for 20 minutes and could see I had a message saying that I was to let myself in. I was told it was the 9th floor and then realised it was Host4you and not personally supervised by the owner. Being in my 60’s and a solo traveller I had not come across this system before so it was confusing for me as expected to be shown the apartment by the owner/proprietor in person. I struggled to retrieve the keys and had to ask an elderly Spanish couple who lived in the flats. They helped me but I also had to ring the number I was given and they helped too by video call. Once I was in it was all fine and a clean modern flat with air conditioning and that was a plus. Perhaps booking .com should make it clear that it’s not always meet and greet personally?

Clean, nearby market ,fast internet,everything was ok .
