Lukas was brilliant always responded quickly

The apartment is exactly how you see on booking.com however is small. Two adults and two small children is the maximum it should advertise Swimming pool Pool had no loungers, umbrellas, toilet or life guard. The walk back to the apartment is exceptionally steep so going to and from the apartment to use the toilet, get a drink isn’t viable. We had to buy a daily pass with the hotel next door to use their pool as we had children that wanted to use the pool AC There was no air conditioning when we arrived and the temperatures were at 33 degrees. Lukas managed to get a unit installed 3 days after we checked in but it was only in the lounge so the other two bedrooms had no AC which as you can imagine was unbearable at night. No cleaner comes with the apartment for entire stay so all cleaning, washing towels and bedding is your responsibility . This apartment isn’t suitable for families at all.
