Apartment luxury complex near the sea

Apartment was spacious with lots ofngood facilities. and well located with great pool.

Bed was a bit basic metal frame.. Some repairs needed to apartment 70. Front gate, lighting on balcony area, shower head/hose.

The weather.

The entire property is badly in need of refurbishment; Lack of information - there were no instructions on how to use any of the appliances, the TV or the telephone; there was no one to complain to about excessive early morning noise from neighbours; Communication (our host never spoke to us but referred us to someone who didn't speak English but waved her arms a lot - the apartment is advertised as having an English speaking host); we were told the entire unit was wheelchair-accessible and had a walk-in shower - we ended up hiring an electric wheelchair with a ramp to get up the step to the apartment, and the shower entrance was too narrow for a disabled guest with limited mobility); the property was dirty, with stained sheets and dead cockroaches; issues were not dealt with when reported (e.g. no shelves in oven so couldn't use it). The owner claims that these are false and unfair comments, which I find very insulting. I have holidayed through booking.com for many years and always give an honest review. I would be interested to know which parts of my review were felt to be false. Anyone thinking of booking here should be aware that many of the photographs are either of a completely different apartment or are many years out of date. Having seen other reviews for this complex, I think I should mention that my review only refers to Apartment 70S, managed by Patricia and Celia.

Quiet area

No beach close by. The area is on a very steep hill

This part of Playa Paraiso is a great location, quite, but still bars and restaurants, minimarket, etc. within the walking distance. Despite therese is no proper beach nearby, great swimming pool area in this cottage village compensates it. There is a great pool bar that works from midday till 10-11PM (?) which us really convenient. Beautiful garden and overall well maintained premises. The house is fully equipped, everything is in the working order, didn't miss anything. Obviously the house is not brand new and has been facelifted some time ago, but is still in a reasonable condition, well maintained and clean. Overall highly recommended if your are not extremely picky and demanding. I think this is one of the best value for money in this segment and location.

We had to do some extra paperwork, additionally had to pay for the towels 25EUR. Our house faced driveway, not the walkway or garden as others, however we had a sea view from the patio. Onlly master bedroom had a decent window, middle room with no windows and the second bedroom was semi-basement room with a small window at the ground level. Minor damages in the house - built-in closet door was not sliding properly, toilet bowl was leaking, etc. but nothing major in general that would negatively impact our stay.

The hostess was wonderful, welcomed us, told us everything. Apartments comfortable, very fantastic pools and bar. Very good rest for families with children.

Very quiet environment despite lots of apartments (trip was in February) , nice view to the sea, enough space for cooking, modern TV with connection options to laptop. From the location access to the sea, the mountains and the party areas in Costa Adeje in reasonable time.
