Cozy Townhouse With Ocean Views in Costa Adeje

Дуже гарний чистий та доглянутий таунхаус. Ми насолоджувались перебуванням у ньому, зручностями та чудовими краєвидами. Ідеальне розміщення у ньому - 4 людини (2 подружні пари). Апарт має 3 повноцінні ванні кімнати, гарно укомплектовану кухню, все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку. Однозначно рекомендуємо!!! Гараж, який є частиною будинку значно полегшив паркування авто. Крім того, агент Влада була надзвичайно люб'язною і корисною. Дякуємо!!! Жодних проблем з поверненням депозиту не виникло

Exceptional service, our hostess was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, house was comfortable and the two top bedrooms were great, very spacious.

Didn't realize the downstairs bedroom was in the back of the garage with no widows, not suitable for a holiday. Main bedroom was lovely but the chairs were too low to see the view.

Stayed here for 9 nights the apartment is very spacious and comfortable and lovely walk down to the beach highly recommend

The position of the house is perfect, the place is very quiet, so if you are a family is so peacefull. It’s near the supermarkets, the shopping center and close to the ocean. The owner of the house was so kind and had told us all we needed to know about the duplex. The house have a swimmingpool,so usefull if one day you don’t wanna go to the ocean

We had a truly wonderful stay in a duplex with spectacular views. The accommodations had everything we needed and the weather was perfect for enjoying the nearby beach. We had an amazing vacation! The house was lovely, with beautiful views and a perfect location away from the noise. It was so peaceful and quiet, and the house had everything we needed. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views and the attention to detail in the design of the space. The attention to detail, comfort, and stunning views make it the perfect home away from home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I liked: -the size of the house - very clean - very comfy beds - 4 bathrooms - the dishwasher ( although not always doing a good job) - very quiet - good views - spare bedding ( came in very handy as we all came down with a viral infection during our stay and needed fresh bedding when we got better)

- one bedroom + bathroom are at the basement with no direct access from the main house. This could work for some people but it didn’t work for us. We ended up using a second living room as a bedroom which was okayish because the space was separated from the open plan kitchen by black out curtains. - the house was on a hill. For young and fit travellers this wouldn’t be a problem but we had people with mobility issues in our group and therefore we resorted to hiring a car.

the location is half way up a mountain so if you have a difficulty with hilly walks give this a miss

the extortionate extra unadvertised cleaning cost was unbelievable this leasing company are scamming people ...shame on you
