Paradise Court 57 WiFi Pool

The view from the property was nice. However, the location is not very convenient without a car, as it is quite difficult to get around on foot and access nearby amenities.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There were large cockroaches in the apartment, which was especially distressing for me as I am pregnant and have a strong fear of insects. The bathroom was not properly clean, and the extractor fan was not working. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the living room throughout our stay. We never managed to find the source of the odor, and it seemed to be masked with air fresheners. Without constantly airing out the apartment, it was very difficult to stay inside comfortably. I contacted Booking.com about these issues, but I felt that my concerns were handled very coldly and without sufficient support. I felt disappointed and misled because the property had such high review scores, which did not reflect our experience at all.

Great host. Apartment has really nice terrace. There is available heated pool - great during winter months (even on Tenerife :-)

There was everything you need for stay.There wasn't problems with paarking.If you're with car ,its good location.

Apartment should be refreshed.Just one bucket of paint would be great. I was booked for family 2adults 2 kids.That apartment is not suitable for kids. I couldn't open window or relax on balcony, because of neighbours who is smoking day and night.And they are not smoking 🚬.I could open window only in kids bedroom,to get fresh air. Every evening there was new lady and we couldn't sleep because they were repeated porno movies so laud that it could be heard in all apartments. Apartment not suitable for kids and families who spent days in aqua park and want to relax at nightime

Iso terassi ja hienot maisemat. Tilava asunto ja keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti on hyvä ja alue rauhallinen. Iso uima-allas, joka on lämmitetty. Vuokraemäntä oli aktiivinen ja vastasi kaikkiin kysymyksiin. Toi jopa puuttuvan pyykkitelineen nopeasti.

Good location nice property

Appartment offers great view + everyday sunset on huge terrace with La Gomera in background. It has all amenties - comfortable beds, bath & beach towels, fully equipped kitchen & accessories like toster, microwave, coffe maker and even spices etc. We were suprised with welcome water bottle & beer. 20 minutes by foot to the closest beach, 10 minutes to X-Sur commercial centre. Going back is always upstairs - lot a stairs, cause You're 150 meters above the ocean. Car highly recommended. Common pool heated in winter to 24-25C. Good & responsive contact with the host.

We weren't entirely thrilled with the neighborhood—but it's random, and you never know who you'll run into. Many of the apartments in this complex are rented. Anyway, it wasn't that bothersome. In the summer parking space can be a problem. No air condition - in winter wasn't needed.
