Apartmento Parque Royale I

Location and is a private residential area so no parties; It was quiet which I liked. The apartment had two bedrooms, one en-suite and one main bathroom which was ideal for us. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. There was extra bedding and clean towels, tea towels and fresh bedding to change your sheets. It was also equipped with a washing machine, tv coffee maker, a fridge freezer, microwave, oven. It felt like a home from home. The views from the balcony were amazing. The apartment overlooks the pool and it has sea views. Our host Kristina was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The main bathroom could use some upgrading. Although it was clean when we arrived, it didn’t look clean as the floor grouting stains and water marks were very visible. This is my only complaint if I had one.

A good location, close to beach and bars. Nice pool area. Kitchen well equipped with crockery and utensils.

You have to leave a deposit of £300 euros cash, which was a chunk of our spending money, you dont get it back until you check out by which time you dont need it, so best to pay it in your local currency. Also charged 50 euro if you check in after 9 and check out before 8.30. This should be mentioned before booking flights as costs can add up. No air con in bedroom. Towels and bedding are very old. No toiletries or cleaning products so if you're only there a short while it can be expensive with buying these yourself.
