Lovely room which was clean and well presented. Kids loved the pool and I enjoyed not having sun bed wars every day like a hotel.

People leaving good reviews must not have been put in the apartment we were which was completely different to the pictures and was run-down and dirty. We saw multiple cockroaches during our stay including one crawling up the curtain as we ate one night. The apartment was sparse, dated and run down and absolutely nothing like the images. The bedding in the bedroom was stained and the ceiling light and fan didn’t work. The apartment doesn't have AC and even in winter the bedroom got hot at night, unfortunately you can’t have the window open as there is a lot of noise from outside including construction noise early in the morning. We could constantly hear the noise of our neighbour retching, he sounded very unwell. I can’t imagine how hot the room would get in the middle of summer, it would be unbearable. The glassware in the kitchen was dirty. There was salt and oil etc in the kitchen which was helpful. Our balcony faced the car park and the bins and didn’t get any direct sunlight all day. The lighting in the apartment was the cool clinical lighting you get in hospitals and it was a depressing to be inside after dark. We were only given 2 toilet rolls so had to go out and buy more throughout our stay. We were told there would be no cleaner throughout the stay either. The patio door was held close with a stick which felt very unsafe. No wifi around the pool and no reception or bar or any of the other amenities you would expect. We feel completely mislead by the photos of this place which were a million miles from the apartment we were put in, we raised these issues during our stay however nothing was done about them. When we raised the issue about the fan we were told this would fixed after the weekend but it was not. Also the description on booking.com is not truthful and I raised this with Maria and she said she didn’t know what booking.com was or where I had got the description from (I had copied and pasted the exact wording). Would never stay here again.

Overall good place if You have car, othervise lots of walking. Apartment equiped with almost everything You need for a longer stay, but a dishwasher would be a huge help. Nice and clean pool, but no too warm (in the winter), not realy suitable for younger children. A good sized terace with nice view. Free parking for cars. Responsive host.

Ongoing renovation works outside was quite disturbing and sound insulation between apartments was quite poor. Not a problem fo us as neighboirs was quite almost all the time, but could be anoying with louder neighbours. Also lots of stairs was a bit uncorfotable with the child stroley.
