Access, very close to supermarket, water front, main street of great shops and eateries. Comfortability within the apartment.

Huge issues with wifi - passwords did not work, even after contacting owner!! I suggest this is fixed as soon as possible. Decor could be a little more cosier.

Shop in-front of building, very close to the beach. Very big and spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms.

Lack of communication before check in. Slow respond time. Very poor communication in English. Apartment maintenance and cleaning quality could have been better.

I liked Altea although there's not much to it.

I disliked the fact that no one met us at the property, and we couldn't find the key box, which turned out to be amongst a group of bicycles. The person in charge of the apartment doesn't speak a word of English, and none of us spoke Spanish, so communication was poor. I've been in cleaner apartments. The water in the apartment went off, and we were told to hang on 24 hours, and it should be fixed, so we were expected to not have a shower or use the bathroom for 24 hours. I was with two men who were just getting over prostate cancer, one of whom had also recently undergone heart surgery. Luckily ! It was fixed within 10 hrs. The kettle is broken as the lid won't close, the beds are absolutely awful with one double sinking in the middle and the other double squeaking when you lay down so everytime you turned in bed you were awakened by the noise. The second day we got there, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. I hate them. The spare shower room leaks really badly and the floor is soaking by the time you've had a shower. In the ensuite bathroom the shower is over a bath. The bath is quite high and there's no grab rails to hold onto and the floor is tiled which makes it slippery. Alright for young people but when you're in your 60s it's a little scary. There was a designated car parking space in the underground car park but if you have anything bigger than a Smart car you're going to have difficulty getting into the lift and then if it's bay 1 more difficulty getting into the space. Finally, there is a supermarket across from the apartment which is handy but they get deliveries very VERY early in the morning but you'll already be awake because of the terrible beds.

Excellent position v. close to the sea front and old town.. Parking on site. Spacious apartment, pet friendly. Supermarket over the road.

Few deficiencies irked a bit eg one plug for 3 sinks/basins. Kettle lid broken - danger of scalding. Despite being in a back lane, very noisy in front bedroom in the early hours: street cleaning, deliveries to seafood wholesaler and Consum, power hosing road, bin collection. Perhaps we were unlucky on the days we were there

It was in a rough area with drunks hanging outside the property. Very poor communication with the host, no handover the keys were left in a kebab shop walking distance from the property. We had to ask a passerby where the apartment was as there was no signage outside the property and it was dark. The car park was underground accessed via a car lift and a car turnatable with no explanation on how to use it, just keys left on the table inside the apartment

The location is perfect, right downtown and close to the promenade. The apartment is very clean and spacious

We had no WIFI during all our stay. In the beginning they tried to support but it did not work out.

There was no parking We picked that property for the parking
