Da simpatia e da boa disposição do Sr Luís, da calma e da localização da piscina, das comodidades da casa, bons colchões, bons wc, da área da casa e do quintal nas traseiras.

Por azar, tivemos que lidar com os andaimes para a pintura exterior da casa, o churrasco fica fora da habitação e é público para toda a urbanização.

Der Außenbereich war durch die unmittelbar daneben entlangführende Hauptstraße, die hier mit vielen Aufpflasterungen versehen ist, quasi unbenutzbar.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. We couldn't believe how beautiful it looked as we walked in, and a lot more spacious than it looks in the photos. The decor is so tasteful. The kitchen has everything we could possibly have needed or wanted. The owners have thought of every little detail. There's even an Airfryer, now that's something I've never seen in a rental property. We enjoyed the little garden behind, both for dining on the patio and enjoying sundowners in the sunlit corner on the garden furniture. There is some road noise but the hedge hides the road and we didn't notice the sound of traffic after a little while sitting there. Once indoors with patio doors shut, we couldn't hear anything, excellent soundproofing. Beds were so comfortable and the bedding and pillows were top quality. Both bathrooms were ample sized. Luis, our host, was fantastic at communicating both before our arrival and on arrival day. He provided a phone number and I was able to whatsapp our arrival time once we'd left the airport, he sent me a PIN for google mapping and he was outside the building to meet us & direct us to the underground parking space. We only used it that day as we always got street parking at the side entrance close to the apartment. We were less than 10 mins walk from The Harbour and all of the restaurants and bars. Slight uphill climb for last 50metres or so when coming home. Large Supermarket directly under the apartment complex was so convenient. We enjoyed the complimentary wine, water and orange juice provided by our very welcoming host. What more can I say...it was perfect and we will return for sure.

Through no fault of our host, he has no control over occupants of other properties in the complex, we were woken very late every night by an occupant of the property above clattering around on a tiled floor in heavy heels..back and forth, back & forth! We would eventually get back to sleep only to be woken again very early morning by a repeat of the same, heels clacking back & forth until the occupant eventually left. We were only staying 3 nights so we bought earplugs for the last night & although aware of it starting again we fell back to sleep. If we had been staying longer I would have knocked on the door and asked politely for shoes to be removed. Perhaps if Luis knows the occupant of that property the subject could be broached diplomatically for the comfort and peace of others.

Such a clean apartment, very accommodating host. Excellent location and very friendly neighbouring guests at pool and surrounding alot of regulars and I can see why.
