The unit is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants in Alvor. There is a wonderful boardwalk along the beach very close by. The kitchen has been updated and has the necessary accoutrements for cooking and eating. Two of the four twin mattresses seemed newer and were comfortable. It has plenty of outdoor porch space. A staff person met us upon arrival and showed us the various features of the unit.

Besides the kitchen, the unit is dated and in need of updating. The toilet doesn’t flush properly. There were no toiletries provided, no coffee pods, paper towels, napkins, basic spices. Two of the four twin mattresses are springy and need to be replaced. The living room furniture is stained. There were hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived.

Excellent accommodation, perfect for families, complete kitchen facilities, amazing neighbourgh beaches. Supermarket and restaurant just next to us. Parking around - easy.

A bit difficult cu find the location, but once checked-in everything went perfectly.

self contained, self catering apartment. larger than we thought, spotlessly clean, kitchen very well equipped and clean. Enough spare bedding which we needed as it was quite cold when we went. Very Quiet and was enough for our needs

Not one of the on-site facilities was open which wasn't a complete surprise as it was out of season, but would've been nice to know beforehand.

Lovely apartment with good facilities.well furnished . Great access to pool areas. Atlantic pool is gorgeous. Shop and restaurant on site handy as nothing like this around in walking distance. Staff helpful with my checking out and checking in to next accommodation they also manage in Alvor to make the overlap easier for me which was most appreciated 😀

A bit far out from Alvor for my liking but was near to a bus stop. Curtains weren't hung correctly in the bedroom - hanging off rail. A minor point in relation to the overall stay. A corkscrew would be helpful in kitchen. I managed to borrow one in the end .

good location, clean and comfortable apartment.

No safe - for travelling from abroad a safe is essential for passports, jewellery etc. No beach towels supplied - again from travelling from abroad these are too large to pack.

That it was quite, but in January, most places will be? Kitchen was functional with washer + dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob etc.

Electricity going off when have heating on, then put the kettle on, or oven on. Curtains in the bedroom needed changing due to not being effective to blocking the light! No blind in the kitchen. Unable to have a bath due to the hot water tank not being suitable for such. Only to have a 5 minute shower, then the water runs cold! Not very good, if anything, this was annoying! A large pine tree shading the patio, but would be nice to protect the sun in summer/hot months? Stayed 1 week, had no cleaning, or any input from anyone. Like an AirBnB.
