Patio, shortage of storage and utensils

Excellent location to the grocery store, bars and restaurants . Also , very good security gates around the property.

The web site stated a shower , which it did , but it was in a bath tub with no hand rails to get in or out . A recipe for a slip or fall. Please , confirm on web:, a walk in shower or shower in a tub . The microwave was also not working. May be a maintenance list of repairs would be handy upon checkout to save time for future guests checking in .

Great just out of town. Nice places to eat. Everyone friendly

Glasses and cups were cracked, chipped or unsafe to use in some cases.

It wasn’t clean, cups and mugs all chipped and filthy. Pillows were hard and dirty.. Bedding very poor. Quilt covers for top sheets . Outside balcony absolutely filthy. Badly broken bathroom mirror. And very unstable. All in all attention to detail poor and the whole place dirty and tired. Very poor value for money .

The apartment was in a convenient location with a supermarket 2 minutes walk away the beach 20 minutes walk the main strip 8 minutes. The pool was lovely with allocated sun lounger. The apartment had all conveniences like dishwasher and washing machine.

We both found the bed uncomfortable even though there was a memory foam topper on the mattress. There was some gardening/landscape work going on directly by our kitchen window and there was a lot of loud Kangooing /drilling going on.

Place felt worn, in need of repairs and updates- shower door, refrigerator seal Felt darker, smaller and more worn than other places we have stayed in Albur Village. Balcony was dirty and noisy
