Mingulay, Cuil Bay

The accommodation was spacious, clean and perfect for what we needed but the thing we all LOVED the most was Paul and Flora! They're such a lovely, friendly and welcoming couple and we're so kind to us and our youngest son George who shares there passion for the mountains!

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

Great location, very spacious and comfortable home with everything we needed. Lovely touch having some shortbread biscuits, milk and bottle of wine on arrival. Warm welcome by the host Flora.

There was a smell of dampness in the back bedroom and toilet; got better as we opened the windows during our stay.

Waking up with deers in the garden is amazing. Very nice Apartment with good equipment, there are even herbs for your cooking sessions. Go over the hill, and you see the beach, lovely.

One bigger pan would be nice

We loved staying here. It was a central location for visiting all the beautiful scenery in the area. It was comfortable and we had a lot of space compared to other properties visited in Scotland. Paul and Flora were very nice and gave us good advice about what to see and do. It was just perfect.

Everything was great! The host greeted us in person and there was even complementary wine and milk in the fridge for us as well as nice shortbread cookies on the table. Very spacious rooms and ultra quiet place.

Wonderful appartment, realy big, with everything you need, even a buttle of wine, olive oil, milk, spices. The house located near a river, with a big lawn and berry bushes: currant, rasberry, blueberry, gooseberry. We have ate it all. One evening a deer came to the lawn. The host Paul the is very frendly and helpful. We had a problem with a rented car and had a trouble to get Avis by phone. Paul called them number of times, made them to arrive to our place. I felt like visiting my family.

Nothing

A peaceful location away from people and traffic. Great access to a lovely beach and scenery. Hosts left a great deal of information on what to do and see which was really helpful.

It was only a 30 minute drive from Ben Nevis.

Pans could be a little bigger

The apartment is located in a quiet area near the waterside. Perfect place to wait for the Sunset. The apartment itself is more than adequately equipped. It's comfortable and relaxing to stay. The host is kind and helpful.
