"Nice place, nice location, would benefit from some TLC"

Apartment is well located, layout is good and it is reasonably well equipped. Pool area was good and not too busy.

While well equipped it is showing signs of wear and tear in all areas. Things like shower head fixing to the wall was broken. I had to improvise a repair to have a shower. Sofa bed also broken so again had to improvise a fix to use it.

DO NOT STAY - Nothing good about this place - bedding was dirty and towels were dirty. Cleaner came back and still not clean. Very disappointed with property response and booking.com handling of this issue.

Had terrible stay - the whole place was dirty and they did nothing. They think the expenses of sending back cleaner was enough when it was not clean in the 1st place and still not clean afterwards. Bedding and towels old and well used. not as expected.

Cozy home with nice home touches. Helpful staff, lots of storage, great sunny balcony. Good location to the grocery store Mercadona and the nicest beach Playa del Camisón.

Three tiny issues for our family of 5. First - broken shower head holder. I have long, thick hair, and washing my head with one hand and holding the shower with the other is annoying and tiring. Second is the tired corner of the sofa in the living room. Unfortunately, it was impossible for two children to sleep there together. Fortunately, we had a solution - one child moved to the bed, and for the other there were enough space not to roll to this broken corner. But if there were 6 guests - sleeping would be difficult. Third - poor cleaning tools (no wacom cleaner or floor mop), or we didn't find them so eventually our floors got quite messy.
