Adults Only Sunny Quiet Apartment with Aircon in Center of Las Americas

It was a private flat and very nice, fairly quiet and easy to walking to beaches and other locations. The balcony was big and I spent a lot of time on it.

Wasn’t much not to like.

Locatie was prima, echter in de zomer vraag ik mij af of het ook rustig is.

Erg gedateerd. Was goed schoon gemaakt, echter de vloerkleden, bank en stoelen zagen er smoezelig uit. Veel vuile plekken. De prijs was hoog irt de kwaliteit.

Velmi vstřícný hostitel, komunikativní, ihned řešil jakýkoliv požadavek. Apartmán byl velmi čistý a příjemný byl také 1x týdně úklid hostitelem. Parkování v uzavřeném areálu hotelu zdarma. Prožili jsme zde 3 skvělé týdny. V centru dění a přitom nebyl hluk, k dispozici bazém, slunečníky u bazénu a na střeše. Doporučujeme.

A superhost, very helpful and pleasant. We got the best room, overlooking the nearby hotel from the second floor, really satisfying 😈 The kitchen is fully equipped. Great location in the center of Las Americas. Two shops across the road, and a large parking lot also across the road.

From the begining and warm welcoming from Alex with check-in it was amazing holiday thanks to stay in this apartment. Kitchen & living room - you can find everything like at your home (maybe even more), AC which works perfectely. Bedroom - 2 big wardrobes, comfortable bed (with really fine mattraces - no soft , no hard, ideal something between that). Also curtains which help in the morning and fan next to bed which is also quite good help. Balcony - nice huge area with nice view on the ocean & next hotel complex with some pools, but really pleasure. 2 sunbeds as well available and big table with chairs too. Bathroom - bathtub and lot of equipments from previous guests like sunbathing cream, shampoo, hairdryer, etc..so it's really nice for anybody who don't have owm equipments, there can find first help. Pool - nice medium big pool with approximately 50-70? sunbeds, you still find some free, water in pool was perfect, maybe 26-27°, really enjoyable. Location - PERFECT. 2 min from shops, restaurants, approach to beaches (up to 20 min to 3 different beaches, 10 min to the nearest), and still very quitely in the evening&night as it is not in the centre of town, but 7-10 min far away by walk, so it's really nice. Also it's between 2 resorts (Costa Adeje+Los Cristianos), so you can walk ± 30+35 min each way and go visit something new, but for me Las Americas was best. In resume - it was one of my if not the best holiday which I had in my life, and I would like to come back one day if it will be still available. Thank you Alex for everything 🙏

The location was very good. short walk to beaches but still a very quiet apartment complex. The bed was comfortable, and we could also access the rooftop and pool area that is connected to the Coral California hotel. 10/10 will recommend.
