We came by train from Cairo. The train was delayed. We arrived Aswan almost 2am in the morning. The receptionist was waiting for us. Location was excellent. Near restaurant and shopping bazaar

There's no face mirror in both bedrooms. It will be great if you can put mirror cos I don't need to go to the toilet to comb my hair. Water is leaking from the piping to the toilet bowl. Need to be repaired before you take in new guest.

"A good basic option for a couple of nights, great if you want to catch an early train!"

Very close to the train station and the souk, helpful staff - they didn’t speak a lot of English but went out of their way to help us book a tour and were all very friendly!

The shower was situated directly over the toilet so it was difficult to stand under it and shower properly. The kitchen wasn’t well equipped enough to cook in. The wifi dropped out occasionally.

"In the middle of everything"

Very close to railway station and taxi, so as a base to do further trips (Abu Simbel, places around Aswan) it works great. It is on the market - was noisy as hell, but you could buy emergency food in the middle of the night. For short stay - recommended.

Our apartment was for 5 people and it was really narrow, so it was more of synchronised dancing than walking around. Windows did not keep outside world outside.
