Le logement est central et très calme, très bien équipé

Il faut garder à l'esprit qu'il n'est pas possible de de garer près de l'appartement : il faut aller garer le véhicule en dehors du centre historique.

La ubicación excelente. Y el parking justo al lado. Muy amplio el Salón y muy luminoso. La cocina muy bien equipada. El anfitrión muy amable.

A nice whole apartment experience in a well located zone inside Avila's historical and iconic medieval wall. The owner is very friendly, and leaves everything ready in advance without the need of even meeting in person. The apartment is well suited and very ample, more than enough for a couple with two kids. The kitchen is well stock, and the apartment in general is a lot bigger that most of the apartments you find for rent anywhere. The apartment comes with a paid parking, but in off-season you could find plenty of parking space outside the wall, which is restricted pedestrian zone.

I didn't like, as I don't like in general when the owner has access to a parking space, but charge on top of the booking pricing. This is definitely a minus
