Sehr ruhige Lage, Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt am Haus, Bäckerei und Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch mehrere Supermärkte sind ca. 500 m zu finden.

Top Lage,geräumig,hell,sauber,schön eingerichtet,Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür,Küche mit Allem was es braucht zur Selbstversorgung,Bäckereien,Lebensmittel und was man braucht sogar fussläufig erreichbar...Ich war das 3.Mal dort und werde beim nächsten Besuch in Balve hoffentlich wieder dort übernachten können... Ich fühle mich dort immer sehr wohl
